Catastrophes that didn’t happen
- My husband did not get beat up and killed that time he was out drinking with his coworkers.
- I don’t have a brain tumor.
- I didn’t die during childbirth.
- I never came home to my husband and son lying in a pool of blood.
- My son was never kidnapped from daycare.
- My bus didn’t blow up (terrorists).
- My husband didn’t try to cut me in half that time.
- I tested negative for lyme disease (though you never really know)
- No nuclear war, so far.
- I have never died in a tornado.
